JAM Audio Live is committed to supporting independent artists while respecting their rights and creative decisions. If you previously submitted music or promotional materials and would like information updated or content removed, you may submit a request using the process below.
This process is intended for artists or authorized representatives managing their own content. Copyright infringement claims should instead be submitted through our DMCA Policy.
Requests We Can Review
- Removal of a song from future rotation.
- Removal of an artist page or spotlight.
- Updates to an artist biography.
- Replacement of an artist photo or promotional image.
- Updates to streaming or social media links.
- Replacement of album or single artwork.
- Correction of inaccurate artist or song information.
Information To Include
Please include enough information for us to identify and verify the content:
- Artist or band name.
- Song title, if applicable.
- Email address used for the original submission.
- A clear description of the requested removal, correction, or update.
- The reason for the request, if you wish to provide one.
- Any replacement links, images, or materials needed to complete an update.

Verification And Response Time
JAM Audio Live will make reasonable efforts to review requests within 5–10 business days. Complex requests, incomplete requests, or requests requiring additional verification may take longer.
We may contact you to confirm your identity, your relationship to the artist, or your authority to request the change before processing it.
What Happens After Approval
Once a request is verified and approved, JAM Audio Live will make reasonable efforts to stop future streaming, promotion, or display of the identified content as soon as reasonably practical.
Removal may not be immediate where content has already been scheduled, cached, shared to third-party platforms, included in archived posts, or incorporated into previously published promotional material. We will still take reasonable steps to discontinue future use under our control.
No Transfer Of Ownership
Requesting an update or removal does not transfer ownership of any music, artwork, name, likeness, or promotional material to JAM Audio Live. Artists retain their ownership rights subject to the permissions previously granted for submitted content.
