Use the platform lawfully.
Do not attempt to interfere with station operations or security.
Do not submit content you do not have rights to use.

Artist Content

Artists retain ownership of their music. Rights granted through the Artist Submission & Music License Agreement remain separate from these Terms.

Listener Features

Feeling This, Signal Boost, charts, battles, and editorial selections are provided for entertainment and community engagement. JAM Audio Live may modify or discontinue these features at any time.

Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, promotion, ranking, or commercial success.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
